Dougal has been working in Oil and Gas since 1996. Initially working as a directional driller he then branched into ESP's in 1999, working for REDA, Schlumberger and Centrilift, Baker Hughes. Project work has included working in Venezuela, the Middle East, China, the North Sea, Central Australia and also NWS on Stag, Cliffhead and Mutineer-Exeter. At present he works part-time for ROC whilst balancing the needs of our other clients.

Ally has been working in Oil and Gas since 1999. Graduating as a Chemical Engineer she worked at Fawley refinery for Esso before moving to Aberdeen to work for Mobil North Sea as a Drilling and Completion Engineer. After travelling the world she settled in Perth WA.  Working for Apache Energy Australia for 7 years as a Senior and Lead Drilling Engineer, before taking a maternity break. Following this she was a part time Senior Drilling Engineer for Shell Australia.  Ally was the lead engineer for Apache's HPHT campaign and designed the recent Coniston Multilateral wells.  She has experience in well design, government submissions, abandonments and field development.
